Yesterday while searching for the link to the FKB video I came across this video. I almost burst out of my skin with exclamations: "Order out of chaos!" "Music!, O' Joy and Beauty!" and "Yea, Mr Rodgers!" I hadn't yet been to the Easter Vigil and so I worked very hard to contain my exuberance and maintain a more solemn countenance. But today I can let it all out.
Yippee!
Last night at the Vigil Mass I recalled the video with a grin again as the first reading was being read. I like to imagine that creation is God's divine juggling. It looks outrageously complicated, yet is entirely in His hands and moves to a divine melody. When we stray, as imperfect juggling implements with are wont to do, He simply amazes us by including our err in the performance, making amazing catches, all for His greater glory.
Fifty more days of celebration ahead of us. Live it up.
