When I was feeding the animals yesterday I noticed two things when I went into the reptile room. 1) one of the boa constrictors was half the girth of last week and 2) there was a slimy pile of baby boas in the corner of her habitat. The second explains the first. This was an exciting find, to be the first on the scene, nothing to watching my nephew breath air for the first time but miraculous in its own right none the less.

Hmm. They look a little bit like intestines. But none of us look our best at this time in life.
